I found this on one of the "nurse-y" blogs that I visit.
I'm totally in. Admittedly, it doesn't take much to make me misty, but whenever I read or re-read an account from 9/11, or hear stories of its aftermath, my heart just breaks.
I will join in and post my tribute to "my" victim on 9/11. Please, if you have a blog, take the time to join the ranks. If you don't have a blog - blogspot's pretty darn easy! Try it for a day! What a great reason to start.... even if you don't continue.

Hey, I randomly came across your blog...it seems like a nice one! How long have you been a nurse? Do you like being one? I can imagine it's a hard job sometimes. Just thought I'd drop a line while i passed through! cheers

Been a nurse longer than you've been around! 30 years this year. Tons of things to love, some not to love. I went through a period where I wouldn't have recommended it to anyone, but am over that now. I miss nursing, but I don't miss the hours. I still work with nurses - a tough group, but i love 'em.
